Platform status
With respect to any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256) that may appear on the Service, Meetanescort acts as a third-party hosting platform within the meaning of 47 U.S.C. § 230 and is not the “producer” (as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)) of any such depictions.
All visual content displayed on the Service is uploaded by individual Providers who have certified, as a condition of using the Service, that:
- They are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
- Every individual depicted in any uploaded content is at least eighteen (18) years of age;
- They are the original producer (or hold a license from the original producer) of any uploaded content; and
- They maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 with respect to any depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct they upload.
Provider verification
Before a Provider account is published, Meetanescort requires submission of government-issued photo identification and a live selfie. Our trust & safety team manually compares the two. Providers whose age cannot be verified to be at least 18 are denied access to the Service.

For any visual depictions for which Meetanescort itself is or could be deemed a producer under 28 C.F.R. § 75, the designated custodian of records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 is:

Reporting non-compliant content
Anyone who believes content on the Service depicts a minor or otherwise violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257 must report it immediately by emailing safety@meetanescort.comor using the Report button on the relevant listing. Reports of suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are forwarded to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Removal policy
Meetanescort removes any content that violates this notice, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. Repeat violators are permanently banned and reported to law enforcement where required.
